Attorney Benjamin Brenner Gerard
Attorney, Founder
Attorney Benjamin Gerard is the founding attorney at Gerard Law Firm, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to the people of Wisconsin. A graduate of Northern Illinois University - College of Law, Benjamin was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served as the multi-year president of the College’s Federalist Society. After graduating early in 2022, he joined a Fortune 250 company as corporate counsel, specializing in insurance law and title insurance for both individuals and corporations.
Passionate about serving his community, Benjamin established Gerard Law Firm to offer high-quality legal services tailored to the needs of his clients. Known for his meticulous approach and commitment to excellence, Benjamin is devoted to ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective representation. Outside of his professional life, Benjamin takes pride in being a loving husband and a dedicated father to his daughter. His commitment to family and community is reflected in his compassionate and client-focused practice.
Eduardo Reyes
Paralegal
My name is Eduardo Reyes, and I work as a paralegal at Gerard Law Firm. I was raised in Wisconsin, and my parents are originally from Zacatecas, Mexico. I have spoken Spanish my entire life, and I am able to assist clients in both English and Spanish. I am currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, with plans to attend law school and become a criminal defense attorney.
Mi nombre es Eduardo Reyes, y trabajo como asistente legal en Gerard Law Firm. Fui criado en Wisconsin, y mis padres son originarios de Zacatecas, México. He hablado español toda mi vida y puedo asistir a los clientes tanto en inglés como en español. Actualmente estoy cursando la carrera de Justicia Penal en la Universidad de Wisconsin–Parkside, con planes de asistir a la facultad de derecho y convertirme en abogado defensor penal.
Barbara Heath

Barbara Heath is a devoted paralegal at Gerard Law Firm, working closely with Attorney Benjamin Gerard to provide exceptional legal support. With her impending graduation in May, Barbara brings an impressive academic background, having excelled in her BS: Law and Policy: Pre-Law program, with a minor in ethics. Her commitment to her studies is evident in her top-ranking position within her class, where she has completed a multitude of relevant law courses. Barbara’s success at Liberty University has been celebrated with multiple Dean’s List awards and membership to the Tau Sigma and Omega Nu Lambda National Honor Societies.
Her value extends far beyond a superior education, however. Barbara’s real-world experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges clients face, making her uniquely empathetic and compassionate. Known for her keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, Barbara brings excellence to the table in all she does. Most importantly, her patience, diligence, and unwavering eagerness to help others make her an invaluable asset to the Gerard Law Firm team.
